Hi, The top few millimeters of my iphone X are sometimes unresponsive. Then when i lock and unlock the device the touch works again. Could this be down to the fact that I dropped my iPhone, and due to this the LCD is bad now? it also has a crack now. thanks in advance Lars
Could be the LCD problem or worse, motherboard problem. Replace with a new screen and test. If the problem remains, then it is probably related to the motherboard. If not, then it is a LCD problem and that is simple.
