Chosen Solution
Hello, I have a big issue with my iPhone XR having iOS 13.4.1. When my device has battery about at 40% or lower reboots constantly itself, mostly when used. After reboot the battery percentage is at 0% and I have to physically detach and reattach the battery to fix the issue. I already tried to change battery and to restore firmware. The guarantee has obviously expired because it has been opened. Can anyone help me please? Thanks
Sounds like a broken battery, replacing it might be your only option. You might want to try sealing the phone back up and try to return it under warranty, if you do it correctly it’s hard to notice someone’s been in the phone. You have to buy adhesive for the screen if you want to make it look convincing though.
Bruh I swear we have the same problem but I just bought mine :<
