Hi Admin, Recently, i replaced my iphone5 internal speaker. But after i assembled my home button is not functioning already so i decide to replace the home button (switch) and the lighting charger assembly but still does not work. May i know whoelse encounter this problem? How u fix the issue?
Make sure phone is turned on Open up the iPhone again just a tad so you can see the little gold prongs on the dock connector inside the phone. Now with a screw driver touch the two prongs at the Same time this should activate the screen as it’s mimicking the home button when active.. If it does then good it just means you need to push the prongs up a tad so they come in contact with the home button flex.. If not then could be a faulty part
