Hello, My Ipod Classic is now not showing any playlists, songs, albums etc. It is just showing “No Playlists” “No Songs” “No albums” etc. I previously had dozens of playlists installed and thousands of songs but now I am getting the “No playlists” “No Songs” etc. So it is acting like all the content of the Ipod has been completely erased or deleted, however when I go into “settings” It shows me that there is 73 GB of spaced used out of 160.. so it appears the playlists and songs are still on the device however I can’t get them to appear. Can you help and advise? Thank you

Try a quick restore: Slide the Hold switch to the locked position and then slide it to unlocked again.Press and hold the Menu and Center (or Select) buttons together until you see the Apple logo (about six to eight seconds). You might need to repeat this step.

Sounds like a software problem. This can probably be fixed with a restore. Plug your iPod into iTunes, then press “Restore”. This will erase your iPod and then put a new copy of the iPod software on it, making it the same as it was when you got it.
