Hi, I don’t know if any one still has these but recently my Nano only works when it is charged. When I disconnect it says it’s full but then it turns off a white screen for a few then it goes black. When I plug in the charger though it turns on like a normal Nano.
Sounds like its time for a new battery. I would suggest either replacing the battery or plugging it into a portable power source such as a portable battery. https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-L…
