I have a 5th generation iPod, don’t think its touch screen. It wouldn’t take charge on cable, but on dock it shows a faint apple symbol. Does this mean it is charging? I called various places and said it may be the battery or charge port. I took it to get repaired and was told they could not change charge port as it was saudered to Motherbroad. Please help!!!
Use your dock or get another cord it sounds like your cord has went bad and yes if you are getting anything on your screen it is charging sometimes it takes a bit if the battery is really dead
