My daughters ipod is disabled. We have tried to connect it to itunes and it keeps giving us an error message. I have tried to hard restart it and still nothing. I have tried to connect it to icloud and can’t get into reset it there either. I have ran out of options.
Your best bet is to put it into DFU mode and then reset it it is different for every device so look up how to do a DFU mode reset of your device
