My ipod 6th generation won’t turn on or charge. Please somebody help!! I’ve tried connecting it to my laptop, but nothing is happening. I have also tried clicking the home button for 10-15 seconds. Anything I don will not work!
Try holding the power button at the same time as the home button, if the laptop (with iTunes) recognises the iPod try a software reset.
i do have it too but also it will not have sound or charge or see anything
