Hi Guys, I need to replace a Iphone 8 plus broken front glass and at the moment i have no front glass for this model. Instead i have front glass for Iphone7 plus. So i would like to ask you guys that can i put Iphone 7 plus front glass on 8 plus? Because they look same as size and bezel parts. Thanks in advance for your valuable answers.
The connectors are different, so this wont work unfortunately. Much similar to how the 6 and 6s look the same, but have different connectors. Also, the 8 plus has metal clips at the top of the lcd that snap into the frame. The 7 plus has plastic pieces that are made to slide and lock into place. So even if they were interchangeable, the 7 plus wouldnt fit without some sort of modification.
