When I extract the hard drive from it’s outer shell, is it 2.5"? Update (03/06/2018) The S/N: NZ07QHER does this help?
Some are 2.5", some are are 3.5". It’s according to exactly what you have. Seagate makes both as backup drives. How about telling us your exact model number?
