Chosen Solution

Hi, I have a customer who has a Samsung Tab S2 Wi-Fi with FRP lock activated. The customer already tried a factory reset, now after a few screens it asks for the old gmail account associated with the device. I have tried a couple tricks with no luck, anything needing a “long press” doens’t work, or to do with the cellular SIM since this a Wi-Fi only model. Even tried deactivating wifi during the activation process (seen it work in one video).
