I tried to replace the lens cover glass for the camera and noticed that it wouldn’t focus very well after I was done. So I attempted to clean off the actual lens (not the glass cover) and ended up scratching it and making it worse. Now it is awful at focusing. Does anyone know how I can fix the actual camera lens?
Maybe you need to replace the camera.
Focusing part central by the narrow movement of the lens. there are 4 dc coils for focusing (as i remember) surely there ware broken when you replacing the lens. you may have to replace entire camera module.
Yup, I agree with Sophia and Buddhika Mahesh, replace the whole camera module rather than the lens only.
