Chosen Solution
The battery is swollen and causing trackpad issues (difficulty clicking, only clicking in a certain place). I’ve already upgraded the RAM and the HD to an SSD. Is it worth putting more into this not knowing how long it could last or should I just give up and buy a new laptop?
Well, if it’s the first replacement, it’s worth it! If you’ve replaced the battery several times (within the span of weeks or months) then definitely get it checked out! Good luck!
