Chosen Solution
I cracked my phone about 4 days ago and it was perfectly fine, but these last 2 days its been doing the following: Sometimes it works but sometimes it clicks and scrolls on random thing. The screen is also just unresponsive at times.
A crack in the digitizer can stop touch and cause intermittent problems. You will need to replace the the screen assembly and it sounds like the volume switch.
I have the same problem about the touch thing do I have to repair my phone or is there something else I can do
