Can someone tell me if my digitizer or lcd is broken? I am still able to click apps on the screen.
In this case the LCD is broken. The Digitizer is that part of the pannel that is sensitive to touch. The LCD actually shows the image. If there’s something wrong with the image, it’s the LCD. So to answer your question, the LCD is damaged
Darby says right. If the screen doesn’t response when you touch it, it will be the digitizer issues. You said you’re able to click apps on the screen, so the digitizer is OK.
You said you can click Apps, i believe your Touch Screen Digitizer is working well. From your picture, i think your LCD Display is abnormal, you have to replace a new LCD display. Just replace the lcd, not the digitizer.
