So, when my Kindle freezes (tapping anywhere won’t work), it automatically shuts down. Is this a sign of it being hacked? I’m just wondering, since I’m trying to keep my information as safe as possible. I’d appreciate any help given!
its unlikely hacked - it could have been just a memory or hardware issue… try: uninstalling apps you dont need. freeing the RAM and CPU by minimizing the number of apps being opened at the same time.closing other apps in the background (force stop- but be careful not to force stop system apps) if that doesnt work, try backing up your files and factory restoring the tablet.
