Chosen Solution
Hi, Yesterday i was using a video software (as before) for some minutes and suddenly i heard a noise and the display turned off. I was using an external monitor which kept working like nothing happened. Then i passed my last 10 hours looking for a solution and tried many suggestions and nothing worked. Here some details:
- Backlight (apple logo did not light up)
- Camera still works properly
- I use a external monitor to work
- I opened this mac (just the back lid) and did not smell anything different
- I checked in about this Mac and still recognize the built-in display
- I don’t know what else to do anymore Does anyone have a suggestion what it could be? I searched this forum and did not find a similar case. Thanks
