Hello guys! I have a problem with an iPhone 6. I bought a new phone and I left the iPhone 6 like 3-4 months and when I wanted to use it again, it didn’t started. I tried force restart, changing battery, nothing helped. What’s the problem here? Can the logic board be dead by doing nothing?

there is a posability that the battery you got was at a low voltage. if the voltage of a battery is below 2.9V the device will not recognize a battery. i fix this by exciting the battery. i place a VA Power supply at 5.5V to the +/- of the battery and leave it for about 10 minutes. When i come back, the voltage of the battery has risen enough to charge through the phone. Please be warned, that this procedure is not suggested without experience, and can cause issues such as fires or small explosions should the battery be made wrong, or damaged. i will not hold liability for property damage, or harm to self or others.
