Charged all night then went into app all OK got out was gonna go to Note pad phone shut off. Turned it on again it said fully charged then again it shut completely off and won’t turn back on try to charge and It makes a whirring sound. Please help if you can phone only 2 years old.
Barron Crimson, Try and do a hard reset in case it is a corrupt App/software/etc. issue causing your phones problem. Link below will guide you through the steps to reset.
