Hi, I am in major need of help with my iPhone 4! I recently took it to Squaretek here in town, they sell/repair phones. When I took my iPhone in there, they called 30 minutes later saying there was nothing they could do and… The only reason I am going through all this trouble to get it to turn on is because I have lots of pictures & memories I would love to get off of it! But it may be too late…The battery connector cable is ripped off my battery and also the emi shield as far as I understand…Is there really no way I can get this fixed?? Update
yes place a new battery.. Update the battery connector is ripped of including a solder pad. it is fixable but you will need some soldering skills. here maybe this can help..
You can replace the whole logic board out of the phone that wont turn on and put it in a new iphone. You can search in the ifixit repair manuals under iphone 4 logic board replacement. Then your photos and videos and everything else will be on the new phone. Happy to help! Update Now i see whats wrong. All you need is a new battery. Easy fix! And very cheap, starting at $20
