my samsung tab 3, 8.0 inch model sm t311 is not charging..any help or information on how to fix please..

Just need:

  1. New the battery ? or
  2. New the motherboard ? or

  • power supply with higher amperage (5V, 3A!!!) to wake up the battery ;p

Narrowing down the problem, 1 try a different cable 2 try a different block 3 try a different outlet if none of those work, try charging a different phone using one that did not work for the non charging one. if it charges, the phone is the problem.
