I have a galaxy book pro and the battery went to sh*t. I went to best buy and they told me I’d been overheating the hell out of my laptop and damaged the battery and I needed a replacement. but when I googled it and heard the battery is irreplaceable but I’ve also heard it is replaceable. UGHHH!! confusing right? so can anyone please tell me if i can replace it or not?
Hi, Here’s a video that may help. Even though the video is about replacing the SSD in the laptop, it is still useful as it shows how to open the laptop so that access to the battery is possible. The battery is plugged into the motherboard but apart from that you will have to work out how to remove it. The battery model number should be printed on the battery itself. Search online using the model number of the battery to find suppliers that suit you best. Hopefully this is of some help.
