Got this unit broken (flex cable was broken, others should be fine) during the screen replacement, please see pictures I took. Since the Face ID feature is unique on each phone, so, if I replace this whole unit, the Face ID won’t work any more. So, my question is: is this unit repairable? Can any one give some advises?

There are some specialists out there that do fix damage like this. They usually transfer the important components needed for FaceID to a new ear speaker flex assembly. I would check with STS Telecom, Rossmann Repair, iPad Rehab, or VCC Board Repairs. They all have youtube channels you can check out and I’ve personally done business with iPad Rehab and VCC Board Repairs.
