Hello at all. I crashd my Mac Book Pro 13" Mid 2012 and i have a Case of a Mid 2009 - does it fit togehter? Thanks, Cheers.
Yes if your swaping only the topcase and no if you want to put the screen from a 2009 to a 2012 motherboard. Everything is possible if you have the time to do it because you have to strip everything out. So: The topcase (the metal part is the same from 2009 to 2012) but you have to remove: motherboard, hdd cables, speakers, Bluetooth antenna. bracket between motherboard and superdrive. The screen back pannel but you have to remove glass, screen, webcam wifi antenna ( only glass and alluminium part compatible. Since is a lot of removing I sugest just buy another topcase from eBay and another aluminium back screen if is damaged. But that is up to you.
