In other words, if the screen is cracked but the display and touch are still good, would I be able to just replace the glass? I know on some devices there was space between the display and glass so you could just replace the glass. Is this true with the Galaxy?
Unfortunately this model isn’t built that way. Display and glass are laminated with OCA glue so a glass only replacement is not possible unless you have refurbishing equipment for it.
