OLED powers up but the display has an orange tint on the bottom quarter of the screen, the rest of the screen looks normal. I needed to replace the oled but was hoping to sell the original cracked glass OLED. I was using a heat gun for 4 minutes on low setting. I powered on the original OLED and now there is an orange tint on bottom portion of screen. I have a photo how it looks when powered down. Is the actual OLED damaged or maybe just the adhesive got too hot?

Going by from your description, I think you indeed burned the OLED display with too much heat. (4 minutes is too long). Heatguns are designed and used for paint stripping, even the lowest settings gets too high if you heat for too long or too close at the device.
