I can’t find any concrete information on the Switch screen other than it’s 720p and an LCD. Does anyone know if it’s IPS or not? It looks very nice but you can get good TN panels. Is there a model number on the LCD to look up?
The technical specifications for the Nintendo Switch are on their site at: https://www.nintendo.com/switch/features… You are right, there is no information on whether or not their screen is IPS or TN. You may find that information in the documentation that came bundled with the device. That being said, if you know someone who changed their panel from IPS to TN and was able to get better picture, then chances are your device’s screen left the manufacturer’s factory as IPS like theirs did.
