Is the stylo 3 screen made all together or can I just replace the main glass on without having to replace the lcd too? Nothing is wrong with the touch of the screen just dropped it and cracked the glass screen.
You can get the screen assembly or you can get just the glass. I would highly recommend you get the assembly because just replacing the glass requires patience, steady hands, constant, liquid optical clear adhesive, and a UV light. Although the glass is significantly cheaper, there is a very large possibility that during the glass removal process, the LCD will crack. Parts for the screen assembly run around $30-$40 The glass only you can get for around $5 but you will be needing the tools to remove the old glass and replace/cure the new one.
Will a lg stylo 3 plus touchscreen digitizer fit on a lg stylo 3?
yes it does but sometimes it comes on the digitizer without side rails and volume button.
Your glass is broken it sounds like, and you really only need the glass not digitizer or lcd. But…it will be easier to replacec all 3 they come glued together with adhesive so changing glass requires some skill and tools. Check ebay, for a used oem replacement screen.
