Is there a special tool required to reconnect the wide ribbon cable from the keyboard back to the motherboard. It disconnected when I lifted the keyboard and I can’t get my fingers inside to reconnect as the cable is too short and very flimsy to try to get it positioned back to the motherboard. I noticed the 2 ribbon cables disconnected in the photos and was finally able to get the thin one connected, but there’s no mention of reconnecting these. The thin cable seemed to go to the touch pad and the fatter one to the keyboard.

There is a special tool actually it’s called small Asian hands that made it in the first place. The keyboard ribbon on a laptop is so short you need them hands to get in there.
