I have a Macbook Pro 2017 NTB with a very low CC (68), is there a way or tips to avoid some screen problems that have been experienced by many people? ex: flexgate, blurred black / gray bar on the bottom when device get hot Do I have to immediately change the display cable to a longer one or do I just simply open my laptop slowly if I want to use it?

While the flexgate issue is a cable issue its not replaceable by its self, Ouch! You end up replacing the screen and the T-CON board that is interconnects. Apple it its wisdom soldered the cable at both ends. As it turns out the second issue with the grey bars is an issue within the T-CON board. So if you get the flexgate repair both issues will be resolved! As to preventing the issues: The issue with the cable is the amount you open the display up not the speed. If you go farther than 90º angle you are stressing the cable. But try using your system with a display at or less than 90º not very comfortable! The gray bars gets into heat so make sure you don’t block the venting. Even still this series runs hot which makes running it cool difficult if you are trying doing anything heavy. The best thing here is getting a good thermal monitoring app which can help you manage the cooling better. I use this app TG Pro its by far the best.
