Hi, I have an Alcatel Ideal Xcite and when I turn the phone on it gives me a white screen but I still get the sounds of everything including incomin notifications. The screen won‘t let me do anything though. I’ve tried the reset possibility and still nothing how do I fix that?
You may need to replace the LCD. Cheers.
