HelloI have replaced the backglass of an iPhone 8 plus. While removing the cracked glass I have accidently cut the outer rim of plastic/rubber with the razor. I was wondering if there is anyway to repair this or in someway hide the damage as well as possible.

It’s a type of glue that also black. Most screens use it for waterproofing
It’s molded plastic, mold something else onto it, or replace the whole back case.
This is part of the frame. You’ll need to replace the housing if you want it perfect.
