Hi, I bought one year ago the monster n tune headphone and yesterday when I wanted to use it, I noticed that they were broken. Is there a way to fix this ? (look at the picture to see the problem) Pictures : http://imgur.com/a/l5LzD Thank you !

Seems really hard. I have the exact same concern. I may need to use a blow dyer to take the glue off.

Hi Sam! This is fun! I’m love the fact that we can discuss such obscure yet shared concerns on this website. Speaking to your idea of salvaging the speakers, i think its a great way to reuse these. Its a shame that fixing it is so hard, because they do sound great. Not happy with planned obsolescence .grrr… I’m gonna try super glue, or epoxy, but my wires are frayed at the broken area. So i need to replace those as well. Hasan

Hi guys! I know it’s been way too long for this concern. any luck on fixing the the broken headphones? Young,

I have the same issue but I can’t find a replacement headband.

My son broke both sides, I used gorilla tape on the top side to hold it in place and probably wrapped it around one or twice(can’t remember). I used a rubber wrap/tape that you can buy from a home hardware store - the rubber wrap/tape that you would use to wrap around a broken pipe in an emergency. The wrap I bought can only stick to itself, there is no adhesive(so you will not get your hair stuck in it.) Used the wrap and tightly and did the trick. In a weird way the wrap gives it a cool look. I just stumbled on this article - was looking for how to replace the ear pads on the monster n-tune. If anyone see this can help?
