The issue with upgrading the motherboard is that it’s very much a core component to a computer. Sure you could spend the money to get a better motherboard, but that pretty much guts your whole computer. If you’re at the point to looking for an upgrade for your current motherboard, then it might just be worth spending the extra money and buying a new computer.
