Whenever i open up my laptop and start browsing i see sudden increase in fan speed. It happens a lot lot so i downloaded the core temp to check my temps which are pretty much in a optimal level. Now i think if i can manually adjust laptop fan speed will it favor me. And what is is the best fan control software for laptops.

You might even want to replace the fan. Software control for your fan speed may actually be counterproductive here. I still think that you need to check the fan (use your OS to determine the temp and RPM of your fan ) and consider changing the thermal paste on your CPU.
