Whenever using the touchscreen or touchpad to scroll I can hear terrible buzzing, screeching coil whine coming from somewhere under the middle of the keyboard. is it possible for me to locate the components making the noise and coat them in nail polish or epoxy to dampen the sound?
If you have the XPS 13 9333, the noise comes from the motherboard. I had my XPS replaced by the new version (XPS 13 9343) after they changed my motherboard 4 times with no results….
