My touchscreen doesn’t respond AND the device isn’t recognised by my PC when connected via usb. Is there any way I can get my photos / music out? Thanks
@bryn_gunn not unless you get it to get recognized or started up. Consider replacing the front display assembly to see if you can then at least access your files and may be send/store them somewhere else. As in not being recognized, could be related to a bad lightning port connector. Here are the guides for the repair.
