Hi, with the picture, there are 4 out of the 5 gold lines which are full in length, the 5th one is half sized, does this mean the microphone is not working because of this cause?

First you’ll need to take the logic board out following this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013 Logic Board Replacement Then underneath it you’ll need to remove the plastic acoustical chamber to then get to the cable which is adhered to the uppercase underneath using heat (iOpener) to loosen things.
