Chosen Solution
So I changed the Digitizer and put the Mini 2 back together partially to test functionality. Well it was dead so I charged it to turn back on and this is what I get, I want to know if the LCD is unsalvagable or it’s some other issue. Perferably I’d like to know exactly the issue so that I may understand what exactly had gone wrong. Thank you! Btw: it still moves around when swiped
Looks like LCD display needs to be changed out rather than just digitizer. Also make sure you kapton tape the bottom silver border of that digitizer to prevent ghost touching or home button going off by itself.
