Looking at the back of my mini fridge, the power cable looks burnt color is that normal??

@baked415 looks like discoloration of either the foam backing or the glue to hold it in place. Remove the foam insulation entirely and check the cable insulation. Right now I would not be to concerned about it. Post some pictures once you have the foam off.
