As I wait for the final parts to complete my 3ds repair, I noticed that the screen ribbon cable gained a kink in the process.
(Sorry about visibility it is quite small and hard to focus) The cable isn’t torn and only seems to have bumps, but everything else seems intact. Does anybody have any clue if it would still feasibly work?
Hi Gregory, I think there is a good chance that the cable will still work. Try leaving the device open after you install your new parts to avoid having to disassemble again if the screen ribbon cable has been critically damaged.
