friendly beloveds, has mine iSight suddenly stopped to work is like did not exist, the system does not find it, what can be? Thanks

if you go under the Apple Menu, select “About this Mac…” then click on “More Info…” this starts up System Profiler. In the list on the left under Hardware, select “USB” - see if the iSight camera is listed as one of the devices connected to the USB bus. Note that there are internal devices like the iSight connected to the USB, not just the external ports. if it’s not there, it’s possible the iSight hardware has died. on the other hand, there’s still chance it may be software related. but anyhow I’d start first by checking System Profiler, then go from there… p.s. Apple has some basic iSight debugging tips here - for example you could try resetting the SMC/PMU. try some of the suggestions there and report back on the results. good luck.

Good idea!!italian or french language

Grazie Roby

No problem, thankyou for your reply.
