Hello everyone! I need your help with a problem I am having with my washing machine. It is relatively new (Bosch Series 6, front load), I bought it 2 years ago and I haven’t had any issues with it till now. The problem is that no matter how much fabric softener I put, the clothes don’t smell of it AT ALL. Neither the clothes nor the machine smell bad, I simply can’t sense the softener at all and it is the same brand I used before and the clothes used to smell fantastic and strong. Also, the softener does not stay in the drawer and there is no water in it after the cycle is finished either. It is almost as if it collects somewhere in the machine. I stopped using fabric softener all together and started using perfume pearls, but it is not the same :( I hope it will be an easy fix and I won’t have to call a technician, considering all the covid madness right now… Thank you in advance :)
See if you possibly got the unscented version. Smell the open bottle and see if it is the same.
