Hello, I recently replaced the screen, battery and lightning port on an iphone 6, it was working and charging fine for a day or 2 then it stopped powering on. The computer recognizes when I plug it in…
Could be a bad battery. I would put the old one back in just to test it. If that’s not the issue, it could be a charging port issue. If neither of those are the problem, it could be a more serious issue.
If iTunes recongnizes it could’ve blown a backlight filter or shorted the backlight line. This happens a lot with aftermarket screens on the iPhone 6 and 6s. Does it look dim (can you see a dim apple logo when it boots up) or no backlight at all?
