My phone has been dropped but I don’t see any damages. When pressing the wifi button it attempts to connect but it never does. It doesn’t even give me network options. When trying to use my Bluetooth, it will connect but I can’t hear any audio. You seem knowledgeable please help lol….
Hi, Does the WiFi connect OK if you use the phone close to the network router i.e. <10cm? The same with the BT use it very close to the BT source device and check. If they work OK there may be a problem with the WiFi/BT antenna in the phone. Also check the Chosen Solution in this question and see if that helps. Wifi problems samsung A10s
