It doesn’t run on and when it did it had a black triangle and you couldn’t see the numbers
To assess your problem, open up the back and check for the following:
- It has water damage »»> buy a new one, fixing it will cost more.
It has taken physical damage ( dropping it, sitting on it, etc. ) buy a new one. It will take a fortune to replace the internal components now.
First, check the batteries. If they are good, probably just get a new one as fixing those can be expensive. If you want, get a working one off of ebay and if your case looks better, do a part swap to make one good looking and functioning calculator.
