Good day can you plz help..i initialize my ps4 nr 6 on rest mode..now when it was done it gives me the setup screen where i need to put in the time and date and internet connections and all of that so after i done all of that it when i get to the screen where they say ADJUST POWER SAVING SETTINGS after i said “next” it gives me a black scrern and start all over again…ive even tried all of the other rest mode settings im really fed up know plz help TIA VERONICA

Hi, Try this, Firstly Restart your PS4, and follow these steps. Press and hold the power button on your PS4 for about 7 seconds (until you hear the second beep from the console). This will turn off your console completely.Unplug the power cable from the console.Wait for at least 30 seconds.Plug the power cable back to the console.Turn on your PS4 and see if the issue is fixed. *
