Chosen Solution
My ipad 4th gen acts on its own most of the time. impossible to stay on any page. it will suddenly change to a random app etc. have rebooted , restarted etc. any firm cure for this. nothing specific on any site.
replace your digitizer. 99% of the time thats the issue.
