I think my boyfriend’s grandson sprayed water or through soda on the TV and now it is only blue screen but it turns on and i can hear it as well as it’s volume goes up and down properly, but the red light blinks when you turn it on. How do I resolve this issue without spending more money on another TV or more money repairing it. Is it easy to fix myself or should I get it repaired by a professional.
Patrice Simpson since you only have a blue screen it is entirely possible that your main board has failed. We would need to know the exact make and model number for your TV so we can assist you better. If you know how to use a screwdriver and a multimeter (with some help), I am certain that you can fix this yourself. Post some pictures of what exactly it is that your screen is showing.
