My printer quit working, said change roller, part BU220CL, I changed it, and it still won’t print from my computer, but it will make copies. It also says feed manually.
The very best thing you can do is sometimes the simplest. So… Uninstall the printer completely. Leave for 20 minutes. Re-install printer and all should be well. How do I know this? Years of experience and many printers!
